DEAssessor is an independent Doncaster based Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) working with PALI Doncaster to provide independent Home Information Pack (HIP) or Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to properties in the South Yorkshire region. PALI Doncaster are registered with the Property Code Compliance Board and subscribe to the HIP code.
We supply to Property Professionals AND Homeowners direct.
If you're a Homeowner in the South Yorkshire area, your first step should now be to order your Home Information Pack. Why? From a local independent HIP provider you:
- Pay cost price, our HIPs start at under £300 including VAT.
- Receive a personal service with Energy Inspections carried out when it suits you.
